1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged by the customer
  • Clearance / offer / discounted items
  • Earphones, earbuds, or personal-use items once opened (for hygiene reasons)

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

4. Return Shipping

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
  • Refund will be sent through the original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Bank/other).
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
