Bismillah Telecom delivers to all locations within Bangladesh through our courier partner, Steadfast Courier Limited.

Delivery Charges

Estimated Delivery Time

The above timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, courier-related delays, or incomplete address information. We appreciate customers’ understanding in such circumstances.

Order Fulfillment Process

1. The order is placed with payment via Cash on Delivery or online payment through SSLCommerz.
2. The order is prepared and handed over to Steadfast Courier for dispatch.
3. The courier will contact the customer by phone or SMS prior to delivery.
4. Payment is completed at the point of delivery (for Cash on Delivery orders), and the product is handed over.

ডেলিভারি চার্জ

আনুমানিক ডেলিভারি সময়

উপরোক্ত সময়সীমা একটি আনুমানিক ধারণা, নিশ্চিত গ্যারান্টি নয়। আবহাওয়াজনিত পরিস্থিতি, সরকারি ছুটি, কুরিয়ার-সংশ্লিষ্ট বিলম্ব, অথবা অসম্পূর্ণ ঠিকানার কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে। এ ধরনের পরিস্থিতিতে গ্রাহকদের সহযোগিতা কাম্য।

অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ পদ্ধতি

1. ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি অথবা SSLCommerz-এর মাধ্যমে অনলাইন পেমেন্টসহ অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করা হয়।
2. অর্ডার প্রস্তুত করে Steadfast Courier-এর কাছে হস্তান্তর করা হয়।
3. ডেলিভারির পূর্বে কুরিয়ার প্রতিষ্ঠান ফোন বা এসএমএসের মাধ্যমে গ্রাহকের সাথে যোগাযোগ করবে।
4. ডেলিভারির সময় পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করা হয় (ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে) এবং পণ্য হস্তান্তর করা হয়।
