Warranty Policy

Bismillah Telecom operates as an authorized reseller of gadget accessories and is not the manufacturer of the products offered on this website.

Scope of Warranty

• Where the original manufacturer or brand of a product provides a warranty, customers may claim it through Bismillah Telecom. We will coordinate the claim process with the relevant manufacturer on the customer’s behalf.
• Warranty coverage, duration, and terms are determined solely by the product’s manufacturer and vary by product and brand. Customers are encouraged to inquire about the specific warranty terms of a product prior to purchase.

Exclusions

The following are not covered under warranty and will not be eligible for claims:

• Physical damage, including drops, cracks, or breakage
• Damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair
• Damage caused by fire, burning, or liquid exposure
• Normal wear and tear from regular use

Warranty Claim Procedure

1. Contact us with the Order ID, product name, and a clear description of the issue, accompanied by photographs or video where possible.

3. Our team will guide the customer through the manufacturer’s applicable warranty claim process.

বিসমিল্লাহ টেলিকম গ্যাজেট অ্যাকসেসরিজের একটি রিসেলার প্রতিষ্ঠান হিসেবে কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করে এবং এই ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত পণ্যসমূহের প্রস্তুতকারক নয়।

ওয়ারেন্টির পরিধি

• কোনো পণ্যের মূল প্রস্তুতকারক বা ব্র্যান্ড যদি ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদান করে, গ্রাহক বিসমিল্লাহ টেলিকমের মাধ্যমে তা ক্লেইম করতে পারবেন। সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রস্তুতকারকের সাথে ক্লেইম প্রক্রিয়া সমন্বয়ের দায়িত্ব আমরা গ্রহণ করব।
• ওয়ারেন্টির কভারেজ, মেয়াদ এবং শর্তাবলি সম্পূর্ণভাবে পণ্যের প্রস্তুতকারক কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত হয় এবং পণ্য ও ব্র্যান্ডভেদে ভিন্ন হতে পারে। ক্রয়ের পূর্বে নির্দিষ্ট পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি শর্তাবলি সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞাসা করার জন্য গ্রাহকদের উৎসাহিত করা হয়।

যা ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাভুক্ত নয়

নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না:

• পড়ে যাওয়া, ফাটল ধরা বা ভাঙাসহ যেকোনো ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ
• ভুল ব্যবহার, অসাবধানতা বা অননুমোদিত মেরামতের ফলে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতি
• আগুন, পোড়া বা তরল পদার্থের সংস্পর্শে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতি
• নিয়মিত ব্যবহারজনিত স্বাভাবিক ক্ষয়

ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম প্রক্রিয়া

1. অর্ডার আইডি, পণ্যের নাম এবং সমস্যার স্পষ্ট বিবরণসহ (সম্ভব হলে ছবি বা ভিডিওসহ) আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
2. যোগাযোগ করুন +৮৮০ ১৭৯৬-৮৪৩৮৩৫ (কল/হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ) অথবা support@bismillahtelecom.com-এ।
3. আমাদের টিম প্রস্তুতকারকের প্রযোজ্য ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম প্রক্রিয়ায় গ্রাহককে সহায়তা করবে।
