These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website https://bismillahtelecom.com/ (the “Site”) operated by Bismillah Telecom, as well as the purchase of products through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Site and placing an order, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years of age, or are placing the order with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Products and Pricing
Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith and are subject to change. Bismillah Telecom reserves the right to correct pricing errors or update product information at any time without prior notice.

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Orders are accepted or declined at the discretion of Bismillah Telecom. An order may be cancelled prior to shipment for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability or pricing error. Where an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

4. Payments
Bismillah Telecom accepts Cash on Delivery and online payment via SSLCommerz (Card, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and bKash). All payments must be duly authorized and valid. The customer is responsible for all charges arising from the selected payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery charges and estimated timeframes are detailed on the Shipping & Delivery page. Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier-related issues.

6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted solely in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy. Refunds are processed following inspection of the returned item. Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Warranty
Warranty terms are detailed on the Warranty page. As a reseller, Bismillah Telecom facilitates manufacturer warranty claims where applicable; physical damage and misuse are excluded from coverage.

8. User Conduct
Users agree not to use the Site in any manner that may damage, disable, or impair its operation, and not to post or transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content through any interactive feature of the Site.

9. Intellectual Property
All content published on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Bismillah Telecom. No part of this content may be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability
Bismillah Telecom shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business interruption, or for product use beyond its intended purpose.

এই টার্মস অ্যান্ড কন্ডিশনস (“শর্তাবলি”) বিসমিল্লাহ টেলিকম পরিচালিত ওয়েবসাইট https://bismillahtelecom.com/ (“সাইট”) ব্যবহার এবং সাইটের মাধ্যমে পণ্য ক্রয়কে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে। সাইট ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে ব্যবহারকারী এই শর্তাবলি মেনে চলতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

১. শর্তাবলির গ্রহণযোগ্যতা
সাইট ব্যবহার করে অর্ডার প্রদানের মাধ্যমে ব্যবহারকারী নিশ্চিত করছেন যে তার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর, অথবা অভিভাবকের সম্মতিক্রমে অর্ডার প্রদান করা হচ্ছে, এবং তিনি এই শর্তাবলি ও প্রযোজ্য সকল আইন মেনে চলতে সম্মত।

২. পণ্য ও মূল্য নির্ধারণ
পণ্যের বিবরণ, ছবি ও মূল্য সরল বিশ্বাসে প্রদান করা হয় এবং তা পরিবর্তনসাপেক্ষ। মূল্য নির্ধারণে কোনো ত্রুটি সংশোধন বা পণ্যের তথ্য হালনাগাদ করার অধিকার বিসমিল্লাহ টেলিকম সংরক্ষণ করে, পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই।

৩. অর্ডার গ্রহণ ও বাতিলকরণ
বিসমিল্লাহ টেলিকমের একচ্ছত্র বিবেচনায় অর্ডার গ্রহণ বা প্রত্যাখ্যান করা হয়। স্টক না থাকা বা মূল্য নির্ধারণে ত্রুটিসহ (তবে এতেই সীমাবদ্ধ নয়) বিভিন্ন কারণে শিপমেন্টের পূর্বে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে। পেমেন্ট গ্রহণের পর অর্ডার বাতিল হলে সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত প্রদান করা হবে।

৪. পেমেন্ট
বিসমিল্লাহ টেলিকম ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি এবং SSLCommerz-এর মাধ্যমে অনলাইন পেমেন্ট (কার্ড, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং, ইন্টারনেট ব্যাংকিং ও বিকাশ) গ্রহণ করে। সকল পেমেন্ট যথাযথভাবে অনুমোদিত ও বৈধ হতে হবে। নির্বাচিত পেমেন্ট মাধ্যম থেকে উদ্ভূত সকল চার্জের দায়ভার গ্রাহকের।

৫. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি
ডেলিভারি চার্জ ও আনুমানিক সময়সীমা বিস্তারিতভাবে উল্লেখ আছে Shipping & Delivery পেজে। উল্লিখিত ডেলিভারি তারিখ শুধুমাত্র নির্দেশক, নিশ্চিত নয়; আবহাওয়া, সরকারি ছুটি বা কুরিয়ার-সংশ্লিষ্ট কারণে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।

৬. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড
কেবলমাত্র Return & Refund Policy-এ বর্ণিত শর্তানুযায়ী রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য। রিটার্নকৃত পণ্য পরিদর্শনের পর রিফান্ড প্রসেস করা হয়। অন্যথায় উল্লেখ না থাকলে রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচ গ্রাহকের দায়িত্বে থাকতে পারে।

৭. ওয়ারেন্টি
ওয়ারেন্টি শর্তাবলি বিস্তারিতভাবে উল্লেখ আছে Warranty পেজে। রিসেলার হিসেবে, প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে বিসমিল্লাহ টেলিকম প্রস্তুতকারকের ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইমে সহায়তা প্রদান করে; ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ ও ভুল ব্যবহার এর আওতাভুক্ত নয়।

৮. ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণ
ব্যবহারকারী সাইটের কার্যক্রমে ক্ষতিসাধন, অক্ষমকরণ বা বাধাগ্রস্ত করতে পারে এমন কোনো উপায়ে সাইট ব্যবহার করবেন না, এবং সাইটের কোনো ইন্টারঅ্যাক্টিভ ফিচারের মাধ্যমে অবৈধ, ক্ষতিকর বা আপত্তিকর কন্তেন্ট পোস্ট বা প্রেরণ করবেন না — এতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

৯. মেধাসম্পত্তি

১১. প্রযোজ্য আইন

১২. শর্তাবলির সংশোধন
বিসমিল্লাহ টেলিকম যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলি সংশোধনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। সর্বশেষ সংস্করণ সর্বদা সাইটে প্রকাশিত থাকবে।
